The African Adaptation Research Centres (AARC) initiative managed by the International Development Research Centre (IDRC)'s Climate Change and Water program has funded the EnhancingCclimate Change Adaptation in Agriculture and Water Resources in the Greater Horn of Africa (GHA) project. The TOA-MD Team cnducted workshops to train project researchers on TOA-MD modeling for climate change adaptation in agriculture. Participants included economists from Tanzania, Kenya, Sudan and Ethiopia. They participated in two workshops, the first Workshop was organized by AgMIP in Accra, Ghana (September 2012), and a follow up Workshop was organized by the Sokoine University of Agriculture of Tanzania, in Dar Es Salaam (July, 2013).
